Terms & Policies

We require a deposit along with a signed contract in order for us to reserve your date. Along with the minimum amount required for your event, there is a 22% service charge assessed on your final bill as well as the local 8.25% sales tax for food, beverage and miscellaneous.

Any event serving alcohol requires one El Paso Police Officer for every 75 people. The security is contracted by El Paso Zoo. For the safety of our animals, we do require that all events do not involve rice, glitter, confetti, balloons, any sort of inflatable or open flames/candles. If your event is during zoo hours, tickets for admission will be added to your total at a discounted rate.

All food and beverage must be consumed within Zoo grounds, no food or beverage is allowed to leave premises.
